Columbia Fleet Service has been committed to keeping commercial vehicles on the road since 1991. What began with a single road service truck and a pickup has grown into one of Central Maryland’s leading commercial fleet service providers.
In the early days, Pat’s father handled roadside service calls for customers he’d built relationships with over the years while performing repairs and yard work wherever help was needed. As demand grew, so did the business. One shop became a larger facility, new equipment was added, and the company continued expanding to better serve commercial fleets throughout the region.
Today, we’ve proudly operated from our Jessup headquarters for more than 16 years, serving customers throughout Central Maryland and the Baltimore-Washington metro area.

Columbia Fleet Service provides complete fleet support, including heavy-duty truck and trailer repair, mobile fleet maintenance, roadside service, heavy-duty towing and recovery, construction equipment transport, crane and rigging services, collision repair, DOT inspections, and preventive maintenance.

As our company has grown, we’ve continued investing in the people and equipment that allow us to handle jobs of every size. Our ASE-certified technicians bring years of experience to every repair, and every employee is drug-screened before hire to help maintain a safe and professional work environment.
Our fleet includes 15 fully equipped mobile service trucks, multiple heavy-duty wreckers, a 40-ton rotator, Landoll trailers, tractors, flatbeds, and other specialized equipment. Combined with GPS-equipped vehicles and experienced operators, we’re prepared to support everything from roadside repairs to complex recoveries, equipment transport, and fleet maintenance throughout the Mid-Atlantic.
