I have had experiences with tow companies. COLUMBIA FLEET SERVICE was very fast and fair. And I met a great guy Roger- Big Rog was very knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish. I thought my situation was pretty bad but once he assessed the situation I started feeling better no one wants to be towed but if I ever have to again I’m definitely calling for Big Rog at COLUMBIA FLEET SERVICE thanks again 🙌🏽

One of Columbia Services tow drivers, Gerard, came and got me me from a predatory tow service in Baltimore on 68th street. I say predatory because they assured me they could tow me and replace the turbo on my Peterbilt mx13. Upon arrival they prepared a quote that took most of the afternoon of $25 thousand and change. Needless to say I drove my disabled truck off their property and called Columbia, hence Gerard. Alex at Columbia assured me they could install a turbo for a reasonable price. His estimate was about 9000 including a 4800 buck turbo. They had to order the part so I set a couple days, but the day they got it they installed it and sent me on my way same-day at the quoted price. I Thank, all of you at Columbia Service.
